Your next deal is sitting in another broker's inventory.

BBMLS is the shared listing network for business brokers. Search every member's listings, get matched when one fits your buyer, and co-broker with the split agreed before anyone is introduced.

What membership gets you

Most business brokers work their own inventory and their own buyers. BBMLS puts every member's listings and every member's buyers in one place, so more of your deals close with help from the network.

Search the whole network's inventory
Every member listing in one search: industry, metro, asking price, SBA pre-qualified, seller financing. Find deals for your buyers you'd never have heard about.
Get told when a listing fits your buyer
Save a search against each buyer's criteria. When a matching business comes to market anywhere in the network, you hear about it the same day.
Co-broker with the split settled first
Agree the commission split inside BBMLS before your buyer meets the seller, and it's binding. Hand off a lead as a referral with the fee on record.
Know who's on the other side
Every broker has a profile with a reputation built from real behavior: how fast they respond, whether they honor splits, how often they close, and ratings from brokers they've closed with.
Price with comps from closed deals
Business sale prices aren't public. Members who report their closings get access to a shared comp database and a valuation range on new listings.
Put your listings in front of more buyers
Your listings reach every buyer's broker in the network, and can go out to partner business-for-sale sites too, without ever exposing the seller's name.

How a deal moves through the network

One broker has the business. Another, three cities away, has the buyer. Here is how they find each other.

  1. You list once

The business goes into the network as a blind teaser: industry, region, revenue and earnings. No name, no address.

  2. The right broker finds it

A buyer's broker gets an alert because the listing matches one of their buyers, or finds it searching for one.

  3. Terms first, then the details

They agree the split with you and sign the NDA. Only then does the full listing open to them and their qualified buyer.

  4. Close it together

Both brokers work the deal in a shared deal room. At closing the comp goes into the database, and both reputations get the credit.
